Graduate MLC Voter Registration - Form 18 Complete Guide (English)

1. Eligibility:

Must be ordinarily resident in Telangana Graduate Constituency (Mahabubnagar-Rangareddy-Hyderabad OR Warangal-Khammam-Nalgonda)
Must have completed Degree before 01-11-2023 (3 years before qualifying date 01-11-2026)
Fresh Electoral Roll 2026 (De-novo) - Old voters must also apply afresh

2. Documents Required:

Degree Certificate / Provisional / Marks Memo Xerox Copy - 1
Passport Size Photo - 1
Aadhaar Card, Address Proof - 1

Note: No Attestation Required - Only Xerox Copies Enough. Gazetted Officer / Notary Sign NOT Required as per latest ERO guidelines.

Online Method (Best): Fill Form 18 on ceotserms2.telangana.gov.in and upload documents.

Offline Method: Take print of Form 18 and submit at ERO / AERO / Tahsildar / MRO Office or send by post.
